Description:

CHROMAC is a waterborne liquid concentrate containing chromium, copper and arsenic oxides for use as a permanent wood preservative against wood decay fungi, wood-boring insects, drywood termites, subterranean termites and marine borers and is suitable for use under all hazard classes when applied to timber by pressure impregnation in accordance with the required standards.

Chromium trioxide (CrO3) 279 g/kg, nom
Copper oxide (CuO) 113 g/kg, nom
Arsenic pentoxide (As2O5) 199 g/kg, nom
Total * 591 g/kg, min.
* Supplied as 1000 g/kg active salts equivalent, minimum (expressed as CuSO4.5H2O,Na2Cr2O7.2H2O + As2O5.2H2O)

Use Restriction:

For industrial use by pressure impregnation only.

 
Application:

By high pressure impregnation after dilution with water.

 
Dilution Rates:

Typically used at active salts equivalent mass concentrations ranging from 20 g/ to 60 g/. (Please consult label instructions).

 

Storage:

 

 Storage temperatures should not exceed 40°C.
Packaging:

45 kg nett HDPE containers.
